  If you're asking for a mod that gives graphic depictions of sex, try somewhere else. We're not allowed to discuss anything that'd raise the rating of the game.
  If you're asking for a mod that'll allow two male Sims to be in a romantic relationship, you don't need one. This feature is included in the boxed game.

  My guess is what you have been seeing elsewhere are poses for poseplayer, not mods for actual game interaction.
  Go to Sims 3 Updates and search under poses.

  I have gay male sims in my game and you don't need a mod for them to be romantic. Just have them flirt a lot and woohoo should be an option at some point.
